There is no excuse for looking unprofessional by using generic email addresses (yahoo, gmail, etc.) for your business. You should use your own domain email address. Many
domain registrars will give you email for free with your domain registration and should have
POP or
IMAP implemented so you can access that email via desktop
email clients (such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.). But if you need more space or have other needs that your registrar does not provide, there are also other solutions for you to review (
Zoho,
Google Apps,
Microsoft Office Live Small Business).
